- In case of damaged/wrong shipment, Prime Décor will bear the return shipping charges.
- Prime Décor will not be liable for any replacement if you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.
