Replacement & Shipping Policies


1. Prime Décor has a replacement policy in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
2. In case of damaged shipment, customer will bear the return shipping charges.
3. In case of wrong shipment, customer will pay the return shipping charges but a store credit of the same amount will be given to the customer later.
4. Prime Décor will not be liable for any exchange if you don’t file your claim within 48 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
5. Proceed with the following steps in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:
    • Whatsapp us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at 0309-5988238 within 48 hours.
    • Fill out the “Return Form”. If you don’t have one, click here and download.
    • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
    • Deliver it back to us at the following address using any courier company: Address:Prime Décor, Opp Fatima Jinnah Housing Society, Vehari Road Multan.


We do not provide replacements for any orders that fall under the criteria below:

    • Customize Products


    • We do not have a return/exchange policy.
    • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Items returned to us that are not eligible for an replacement will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
    • If your requested exchange item(s) are out of stock, we will refund you the invoice value excluding the delivery charges.


To strive for better delivery speed, our team works 24/7 to process your order quickly and diligently. For that reason, we can only allow cancellation if the parcel has not been processed and dispatched by our warehouse team.
