Product received, and overall, it looks great. However, during hanging I noticed that the center picture border/wood pop-up looks quite odd and is detracting from the overall finish of the image.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no instructions included on how to hang this long picture. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on their professionalism, and as a result, I won't be using their products again.
