DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

  • Replacement is offered only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and a short description on WhatsApp: 0300-1113045

  • Item must be kept in its original packaging

  • Prime Décor will handle returns and bear all shipping costs

  • Replacement will be delivered and the damaged/incorrect item will be collected

  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted

  • No return or exchange policy

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Items returned that do not qualify for replacement will be discarded or returned at customer’s expense
